Spencer E. Goldenberg is a Certified Public Accountant with over two decades of experience providing tax and financial planning services to privately held and publicly traded companies across a variety of industries. He also has previously and continues to serve as an independent director on the boards of directors of numerous companies. Mr. Goldenberg founded Golden Financial Group to provide best-in-class financial services on an outsourced basis to companies in search of efficient solutions to their strategic and operational needs.

Mr. Goldenberg served as the Chief Financial Officer for Menin Hospitality, a leading privately held owner and operator of hotels, restaurants, and commercial retail across the United States with a concentration in the Southeast of the United States and Chicago. He currently assists a number of hotel developers with day-to-day strategy and operations as well as litigation support, particularly as an expert witness for financial issues. Previously, he was a Tax & Audit Director with Gerstle, Rosen & Goldenberg PA., a leading regional accounting firm in South Florida. During his tenure, his disciplines included consolidating financial statements in accordance with GAAP, both for profit and not-for-profit auditing, preparation of all corporate and individual tax returns for many of South Florida’s wealthiest high-net-worth individuals.

Mr. Goldenberg began his professional career in the Florida State Senate, where he gained valuable insights and understanding of the Legislative branch and large-scale budgeting. Mr. Goldenberg earned his degree from Florida State University and holds an active C.P.A. license in the State of Florida.
